The data collected by Start Voting Now! are used to create a user account. The votes you give to contest entries as well as the groups you may create or contribute to during events proposed by Start Voting Now! will be linked to this user account.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your user profile. Start Voting Now! will retain your data until you delete your account or until it is automatically deleted after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, whichever comes first.
The data collected by Start Voting Now! are used only by Start Voting Now! and aren’t shared with any third-party. No tracking technology is used.
In accordance with French law (loi Informatique et libertés n°78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée), and with European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, you are granted the right to access, correct, delete, limit or oppose the processing of, and request portability of your personal data.
To exercise your rights, please send an e-mail to contact@startvotingnow.eu, specifying the object of your request, and with a copy of a valid ID document attached.
In addition, if you believe that your rights to your data are not respected after having contacted us, you may lodge a complaint with a national Data Protection Authority such as the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) in France.
